I spent years in high-net-worth wealth management supporting multi-generational business owners, and now help lead a national nonprofit, where I manage fundraising and the operational coordination that keeps teams aligned and moving forward.I founded The Progress Partner to support leaders who care deeply about their work and their communities. I integrate quickly, take real ownership, and turn ideas into action so organizations can move from intention to progress.
