I started The Progress Partner for people who care deeply about their work: business owners, nonprofit leaders, and visionaries who need someone they can trust to move things forward, whether it’s a big vision or the next step.I’ve worked in both the for-profit and nonprofit worlds. I spent years in high-net-worth wealth management, supporting multi-generational business owners and helping clients make thoughtful, values-driven decisions. Today, I help lead a national nonprofit focused on small-scale commercial fishermen, where I manage fundraising and the day-to-day coordination that keeps our team aligned and on track.I’ve seen what’s possible when passionate people get the support they need, and I love being that support.
